The 3 siblings from Taiwan were raised by their unmarried birthmother until she passed away.

The birthfather then raised the 3 children until he also passed. They are now in a foster home waiting to be adopted by their forever family.

Date of Birth: 11 May 2002                                         

Ethnicity: Chinese                                                           

Meaning of Name: CHIA: beautiful, good; MING: inscription, writing

Medical History: increased lung marking, had history of asthma, two molar teeth were decayed

 

Child’s Name: C3—LIAO, CHIA-HUI廖佳惠               Sex: Female

Date of Birth: 23 April 2003                                          

Ethnicity: Chinese                                                         

Meaning of Name: CHIA: beautiful, good; HUI: inscription, writing

Medical History: phlegm was accumulated in her lungs, slightly coughing very often.
